Crowns and Veneers
Patients' have the opportunity to discuss their concerns and ideas and be a part of deciding what they do like about their smile and what they would like to change. We use a state-of-art dental lab, which makes the end result a beautiful one of a kind creation.

Dental Implants have become treatment of choice, as the most conservative approach for tooth replacement. The implant is a device that replaces the roots of missing teeth and is used to support crowns, bridges, partials and dentures. Time is allowed for the jaw bone to actually fuse to the titanium screw prior to placing the final restoration. There are several determining factors used to decide who is a good candidate for this technique. With wise treatment planning and good oral health, it is a wise investment for longevity. If you have a tooth or teeth that are missing and would like more information on what choices you have, please feel free to call our office to set up an appointment for a consultation.

Root Canals
For years root canals have been dreaded by many, and there are times when they can actually be quite tricky. Fortunately, the advanced equipment and technology available today,  the experience is much more comfortable for the patient.

Visilite Plus
An oral cancer screening we use that has been developed to identify, evaluate and monitor abnormal lesions. This service is done once a year with your annual checkup.

Periodontal Treatment
Our soft tissue management program is designed to treat all stages of gingivitis and periodontal disease. We first do an extensive evaluation and discuss the details and findings as well as answer all questions prior to treatment beginning.

Mouth Guards
We encourage all athletes to have a mouth guard. It prevents injuries to the face and cushions a blow that could result in broken teeth, biting your tongue or any lip damage that could occur during contact.

Night Guards
If you wake in the morning with jaw pain, neck pain, tense muscles in the jaw area or headaches, you could be "grinding" or "clenching" your teeth while you sleep. Night guards seperate your upper teeth and lower teeth to eliminate that problem. It helps alleviate the areas of soreness.

If snoring is a problem or you or a loved one suffer from sleep apnea, a mandibular advancement device may be what you need. The Thornton Adjustable Positioner is a device that holds the lower jaw in a forward position so that your airway stays open which reduces snoring. It also benefits individuals that suffer with sleep apnea. This device is much more comfortable than most. It is much smaller in size and very user friendly.

We offer different levels of sedation for people to have their dental work completed who experience anxiety and fear. There are three different levels to choose from. Please see our "Sedation Dentistry" page for an explanation of each. We're sure there is one that is right for you.

Cosmetic dentistry, implantology, implant dentistry, laser dentistry and TMJ therapy, are specialty areas not recognized by the ADA, that require no specific educational training to advertise this service. Dr. Dunville is not a specialist in orthodontics, endodontics, implantology, laser, or oral surgery. Dr. Dunville is a General Dentist.
